The following site plans, drawings and renderings were produced as 'one off' projects during my internship with Berkshire Design Group. My primary role in the production of these site plans was post production, only rendering with very little drafting/design input. The projects that include drafting/design have been indicated below.
Site plan for a proposed safety complex in Westfield, MA. Plan rendered for meeting with Town Planning Board.
Site plan for an existing parking lot and multiple shared parcels to be renovated for commercial/small business use in Chicopee, MA. Drafting edits and plan rendered for planning board purposes, keeping in mind planting and lighting regulations for the Town of Chicopee.
Site pan for proposed new Elementary School in Easthampton, MA. Plan rendered for presentation purposes, seeking community and Board of Education input.
Conceptual site design and grading for private residence in Western, MA. Hand rendered plan presented to client in early schematic design meeting.
Site plan for a proposed Senior Living facility in Erving, MA. Plan rendered for presentation to community members.
Conceptual plaza redesign for a Residence Hall at Mt Holyoke College. Repurposed brick from elsewhere on campus would be used in a decorative way, centrally located on the plaza. Schematic design plan and perspective sketch options were presented to affiliate faculty at the university during an early schematic design meeting.
